This offer describes the purchase of digital access to the personal workouts and materials of KATERINA BASE.
Seller and product
Seller: Наумова Екатерина Владимировна (Ekaterina Naumova), self-employed, payer of professional income tax under Russian law. Author of the materials: Katya Naumova.
Product: digital access to 12 personal KATERINA BASE workouts, a personal account, progress tracking and supporting materials.
The product is not a medical service, an individual training programme or the service of a certified trainer.
Price and payment
The official price of the product: 3 490 ₽.
Payment is processed by the third-party payment platform Lava Top. The payment service accepts the payment, but the seller of the product remains the person named in the site's company details.
Granting access
Access opens automatically once successful payment is confirmed by the payment webhook.
If the automatic grant fails, the user can contact support and confirm the payment.
Duration of access
Access to the purchased set of workouts is granted indefinitely unless other conditions are stated separately.
The service may move the video between technical platforms while preserving the user's access to the purchased product.
Responsibility for performing the exercises
The buyer decides for themselves whether to perform the exercises, chooses the load and stops training in case of discomfort or worsening wellbeing.
The seller and the author do not guarantee any specific result from using the materials.
Consultation
In addition to access to the workouts, the seller provides a separate service — a personal online consultation. It is conducted by the author of the materials, Katya Naumova, by video call at an agreed time. It lasts about 60 minutes. The consultation covers the workouts from the course, the buyer's nutrition and daily routine.
The consultation is an informational service, not medical care. Its recommendations do not replace a doctor's advice: in case of illness or injury the buyer agrees the load and nutrition with a doctor on their own.
A consultation together with the course costs 8 980 ₽ and is paid in two stages: a booking deposit of 4 490 ₽ when booking, and the remaining 4 490 ₽ by 20:00 Moscow time on the day before the day of the consultation. If less than 48 hours remain before the consultation at the time of booking, the consultation with the course is paid in full at once.
A consultation without the course — for those who already have access to the course, and for a repeat consultation — costs 5 290 ₽ and is paid in full at once.
Payment is accepted by Russian card or SBP through Lava Top in roubles.
Once the booking deposit is paid, the buyer gets access to the course straight away. The access stays with the buyer, including when the consultation does not take place through the buyer's fault.
Rescheduling, no-show and cancellation of a consultation
The consultation can be moved to another free time in the booking card on the site — no later than 24 hours before it starts and no more than 2 times.
If the buyer does not attend the consultation, or cancels or reschedules it later than 24 hours before it starts, the consultation is considered provided and the money for it is not refunded.
If the remaining payment has not arrived by 20:00 Moscow time on the day before the day of the consultation, the booking is cancelled and the time is released. The paid deposit counts towards the price of the course, which the buyer has already received access to, and is not refunded.
If the consultation cannot be held by the provider, the seller moves it to another time convenient for the buyer.
Payment for a consultation is not refundable, including when the consultation did not take place: access to the course, opened with the payment or obtained earlier, stays with the buyer. Refunds for the course bought separately, without a consultation, are covered in the refund section.
Sportswear
The site also sells sportswear made by a partner of the project. Models, colours, sizes and photos are listed on the /suits page. The suits are physical goods and are not part of the digital access to the workouts.
A suit of any model costs 11 000 ₽. One order may contain several suits. Delivery costs 1 500 ₽, once per order regardless of the number of suits. An order of 2 or more suits gets a 1 000 ₽ discount (once per order). The total is shown before payment.
The workout course can be added to a suit order for 2 000 ₽ — once per order, regardless of the number of suits: access to the course is opened for the buyer's email given in the order as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Payment is accepted by Russian card or SBP through the LAVA payment service (lava.ru) in roubles. The order is considered placed once the payment is confirmed.
Paid orders are shipped once a week. The delivery time is communicated after shipping: a tracking number is sent to the email given in the order.
Goods of proper quality can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt if their presentation, consumer properties and labels are preserved (distance selling, Article 26.1 of the Russian Consumer Rights Protection Law). Defective goods are accepted and refunded in the manner and within the time limits set by law. Return shipping costs are allocated in accordance with the law.

A buyer of a paid suit order without the course gets a 20% discount on the workout course via the link on the order page. One discount applies to one course order.
